Terms and Conditions

Proof of Age:	We will not sell alcohol to anyone uder 18 years of age anyone that appears to be under 18 will be asked for ID. We reserve the right to refuse anybody.

Payment:	Payment on day - cash on delivery

Equipment Deposit:	All installations require an equipment deposit of £150. This can be cash or cheque and will be returned on collection.

Delivery / Collection:	It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure access for both delivery & collection

	The Hirer is responsible for all our equipment throughtout period of hire.

	The hire period is normally a 48hr period

	The Hirer must not move or attempt to alter any installation carried out by Essex Keg Hire.

	The Hirer is responsible for providing temporary shelters to any outside installation.

	It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure the area around the installation is kept clean & tidy.

	The Hirer will be issued with an emergency contact number should any problems occur.

	It is the Hirers responsibility to drink all the beer in the kegs as once we are there to collect we do not ring the bell for last orders.
